How it works
Up to great-grandparent (3rd generation). Ethnic Albanians from Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia may also qualify via simplified procedures regardless of strict Albanian territorial ancestry. Dual citizenship fully permitted. Self-declaration of Albanian origin required.
