Which generation was the Czech or Czechoslovak ancestor?

The §31 declaration route was extended to great-grandparent level by a 2024 amendment to Act No. 186/2013. Before that change, only parents and grandparents were covered. Great-great-grandparents and more distant ancestors are not covered under the current law.
